Asha Yoga offers hatha yoga classes in Twickenham, Richmond and Isleworth, south west London. We find balance, strength and space in mind and body through a strong, alignment-focused practice.
YOGA FOR ALL
Our yoga classes are inclusive for all, from beginners to advanced yogis, with different options offered for each pose. We believe that yoga can help everyone feel stronger, healthier and happier.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A welcoming, non-judgmental class. Classes typically start with slow floor-based postures to warm the body, then a more dynamic section, before coming into savasana – the ultimate relaxation.
BENEFITS OF YOGA
Yoga can improve flexibility, muscle strength and tone, balance, respiration and energy. Alongside physical benefits, it is known to quiet the mind, relieving anxiety and stress and aiding relaxation.
Friday morning @ Exchange Twickenham 8.10am - 9.10am
Start your weekend the right way with this energising, mindful flow. This is a drop-in class and all levels are welcome. First class £5; £10 thereafter.
Thursday evening @ The Yoga Bar, Twickenham 7pm - 8pm
This practice will help us let go of our busy day and stressful lives through a strong, deep practice before relaxation leads us towards bedtime. Bookings are through The Yoga Bar’s website.
Private one-to-one or group classes TBD
Asha Yoga can cater for private yoga classes to individuals or small groups, corporate or otherwise. These are a perfect opportunity to focus on a specific area and/or receive personal attention in your yoga practice.
